The system

LegalPartner 260®

Portfolio recovery with diagnosis, execution, and case visibility.

LegalPartner 260® is Abogalia's system for analyzing the viability of a debt, defining the legal strategy, executing the necessary actions, and keeping the client informed throughout the process.

We don't start litigation for the sake of it. We first determine what can be collected, what can be proven, and against which assets action can be taken. Only then do we design the recovery strategy.

The system includes

Six components, one goal: recovery.

Legal diagnosis

We analyze documents, the age of the debt, and the legal possibilities for a claim.

Debtor investigation

We assess available asset information and possible assets subject to legal action.

Recovery strategy

We determine whether to negotiate, litigate, or combine different actions.

Legal execution

When legally warranted, we pursue the measures and actions needed to protect the chances of collection.

Executive follow-up

You receive progress updates through reports and tracking tools.

Recovery

The goal is to turn an overdue account into money actually collected.

The two stages

The two stages of LegalPartner 260®

Stage 1

Diagnosis

Before spending time and resources on a proceeding, we analyze whether a legally viable path exists. We review:

  • Available documentation.
  • Nature of the obligation.
  • Age of the debt.
  • Possible legal actions.
  • The debtor's situation.
  • Recovery possibilities.

Outcome: an assessment that lets you decide whether to act, and how.

Stage 2

Execution

If the matter is viable, we activate the strategy. Depending on the case, it may include:

  • Legal negotiation.
  • Filing a lawsuit.
  • Requesting precautionary measures where legally applicable.
  • Attachment or securing of assets where grounds and authorization exist.
  • Following the case through to judgment and enforcement.
  • Recovery of the claimed amount.

You don't manage the litigation. Abogalia executes the strategy and keeps your company informed.

Next step

Before writing off an account, find out if it can still be recovered.
